Jeremy S. Yellin, attorney at law, graduated from Stony Brook University in 1992 and Brooklyn Law School in 1995. He is admitted to practice law in New York and Montana and currently practices all over the state of Montana with offices in Havre and Livingston.
Mr. Yellin does not shy away from challenging cases and has been nicknamed by some as a "Bulldog," "The Courtroom Cowboy," and "The Wizard" for his practical and gritty determination in the courtroom. He feels it is of the utmost importance to gain his clients' trust, faith and respect in him.
He was honored to be named one of Montana Criminal Defense Attorney's of the Year in 2007 by the Montana Assocation of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MTACDL) in recognition of his work for the successful defense in a death penalty homicide case, State of Montana v. Blair "Mickey" Little Dog.
